Fleur has many holistic and complimentary therapies to choose from, these can be used alone or in a beautiful combination session.
If you are wanting to really work on specific “issues“ a Healing Treatment Plan may be best to get your body to balance and reset.

Most of the holistic therapies offered have an ‘cumulative effect’ on the body, mind and spirit.
Effects are usually seen after a few sessions, although even in a single session you can have an amazingly relaxing experience. Frequency of follow up appointments depends on the reasons for coming.
For specific issues, or issues that have been there for long period of time, it is likely that a course of treatment will be recommended.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
There is a consultation period for all new clients, which includes completion of an intake form. Subsequent appointments, there will be a shorter consultation or you my like to email or message me before your treatment to inform me of any changes to your health and well-being. This ensures that I can respond to your specific requirements in relation to your health needs.
Out of respect for others, if you are running late your session time will be shortened, so as not to impact on subsequent people’s bookings.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a specific type of massage where pressure is applied to areas of the feet, hands or ears called reflexes.
Reflexes correspond to all parts of the body and by working over on these points with the thumbs and fingers, it can result in unblocking compromised areas improving circulation and energy flow to that area.
Reflexology can be done via the feet, hands and ears also known as Auricular Therapy.

Reflexology techniques are designed to be both stimulating and nurturing. Definitely not a ticklish treatment like you may think – the pressure is direct.
Colour, temperature, and texture are indicators of where energy may need to shift. I use essential oils to enhance the session directly on the feet. Any observations will be shared and if necessary, recommendations will be made.
Relaxation is one of the main benefits of reflexology and many fall into a sweet slumber during a session. Then there is a long list of benefits that reflexology can produce. I have seen – pain reduction, hormone balancing, sleep, mood, where do I stop?!

Reflexology has been used for several thousand years drawing on ancient practices from Egypt, India, China and Greece. Each of these countries have specific evidence reflexology was used, with Egypt depicting the practice in 4000 year old hieroglyphics.

How can Reflexology Support the Menopause?
Reflexology has been found to be very effective in helping both the physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause. This is a complimentary natural way to support your journey through the menopause.

What to expect from your session:

Allow 75 min for your appointments, which includes time to complete a health/lifestyle questionnaire as well as it gives us time to chat about how things have been for you. Aftercare advice given at the end of each session. Treatments are recommended to be a minimum of one week apart, then follow up sessions can begin to spread out.

Crystal Reflexology
Are you keen to try Crystal Reflexology?
Crystals and Reiki are used to perform aspects of the reflexology session and to bring balance to the charka system. Crystals maybe placed on, around and underneath the body for a completely unique experience! This session is an intuitive session, exploring the etheric layers and bringing harmony to you and your entirety and takes on its own uniqueness.
Clients have experienced waves of peace, inner knowing, clarity, as well as emotional and physical release.

Crystal Reiki
USUI REIKI
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a non-invasive, hands-on Japanese healing technique. The two main benefits of Reiki are stress relief and relaxation which also reduces pain and triggers the body's own natural healing abilities. It is a complementary technique and works hand in hand with all other healing modalities including traditional medical treatment.
Reiki can not harm...and works for the highest good of the person or situation. Reiki is a spiritual practice, but it is not religious.
Reiki works on all levels to balance the systems and unite the body, mind, soul and spirit. It can help to keep the body in balance to prevent illness (Reiki is not a substituted for medical care).

Energy Healing
Combining Reiki & the vibrations and healing of crystals.
All of my crystals are cleansed before each client. I use a beautiful grounding essential oil on the soles of your feet and a powerful grounding crystal is placed between your feet to keep you grounded throughout the session. Then on top of the blanket I place the chakra crystals. A beautiful cleansing aura spray is used followed by a protection spray.
All of the crystals have been programmed with an intention with to help with the healing and releasing, that takes place with the Reiki.
Your chakras are checked at the end of your session followed by a selenite crystal wand seal that I sweep through your aura to to make sure all the beautiful healing energies are kept with you.

SEKHEM REIKI
​
Sekhem is a healing system not unlike Reiki. It was an energy ,drawn from the limitless source of the universe. Sekhem was thought to be a living light energy. Sekhem is an energy that was developed by Patrick Ziegler whilst overnight in the Great Pyramid in 1979 or 1980. I go into the history in more detail in my course.

There are a variety of names used to describe this energy depending on which system that you learn. Sekhem is the generic term, and is used by almost all the systems "Seichim", (note the "im") can indicate the Seichem Reiki or 7 facet system or Phoenix Summerfield's system "Seichem"
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.
The goal of yoga nidra is to promote a profound state of relaxation, which differs from sleep in as much as there is still an awareness of one’s surroundings.
The calm inner stillness induced by yoga nidra is claimed by practitioners to be an effective stress management tool as well as a means for attaining greater receptivity to personal resolutions.

Sound healing is based on the principle that everything in the Universe is made of vibration. It is possible because the human body is not solid. It is an energy form that is held together by sound and vibration. Like a well-tuned musical instrument, the body is a rhythmic, harmonious form unless its vibratory field is disrupted.
